Is a privately held Canadian Corporation head-quartered in Halifax, Nova Scotia with office locations in the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia. The company has been established since 2005 based upon a combined consultancy career experience of the core team exceeding 75 years.

Cornwallis MacKenzie is far more than just another consultancy company seeking to advise, our mission is to deliver value throughout every stage of our engagement (whether project based or as a retained resource) we are able to provide a full range of services ranging from strategic advisory services, through highly focused project-based tasks, to full-blown interim management.

Our core services centre around traditional management consultancy (strategy & structure) corporate finance (valuation, capital structuring, fund raising, turnaround) and business development (specialists in international markets & overseas subsidiary formations).

History of Cornwallis MacKenzie

Cornwallis MacKenzie was incorporated in 2005 and has grown to include operations in Atlantic Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia and we now have established teams on the ground in each country.

Having successfully lead government funded investment and trade missions internationally, successfully designed and assisted clients in facilitating new market entries in international markets, and raised capital on behalf of a range of businesses, we have a proven ability to deliver tangible results.

Cornwallis MacKenzie has directly invested in three business since 2007 and is actively looking at new opportunities where both our capital and skills can contribute to accelerating a company's growth.
